1 | Active SIM & calling balance | The SIM card associated with your registered Heyo number must: • have an active prepaid/post-paid balance, and • be inserted in the same mobile device where the Heyo app is installed. |
2 | Internet connectivity for outbound calls | Wi-Fi or mobile data must be turned on to initiate outbound calls. |
3 | Device compatibility & app installation | Install the latest version of the Heyo Business App (Android/iOS) for Admins or the HeyoPhone App for Staff. |
4 | KYC completion (Admin only) | The Admin/Business Owner must finish the one-time Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification to activate calling features. |
