• Retention: Recordings are stored securely for 6 months.




3. How it works when staff use personal devices

• Shared Business Number: “Staff use their personal devices, but calls are made through the shared Heyo business number.”

• Result: The routing ensures every call is captured and recorded exactly like admin calls.




4. What you cannot change today

• Recording happens by default; the PDF provides no option to turn it off or exclude specific users.

• After six months, recordings are no longer available for playback or download.
