1. Requirements before you call

• Heyo app (latest version) installed on Android or iOS

• Active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data, 3G or higher)

• Physical location: You must be in India to place outgoing calls



2. How to make an outgoing call

  1. Open the Heyo app.
  2. Tap the Phone icon to launch the dialer.
  3. Enter the desired Indian number or choose a saved contact.
  4. Tap the Call button to connect.


3. How incoming calls reach you

• Your Heyo number acts as a Direct Inward Dialing (DID) number.

• Callers from anywhere in the world dial your Heyo number.

• The incoming call rings in your Heyo app at no cost to you.



4. Limitations

  1. Outgoing international calls are not supported.
  2. Incoming international calls are free, but depend on your internet quality.
  3. A weak internet connection can cause poor audio or dropped calls.
  4. You cannot place outgoing calls if you are outside India, even with the Heyo app installed.


5. Troubleshooting weak-internet issues

• Switch from mobile data to a stronger Wi-Fi network.

• Close background apps that may consume bandwidth.
