2. What happens if you’re under 18

• You are not eligible to create a Heyo account.

• Any attempt to register with an incorrect age may lead to account suspension or termination.



3. How do I verify my age during signup?

During the Heyo account-creation flow, you will be prompted to:

  1. Enter your date of birth, or
  2. Provide your Aadhaar number so the system can fetch and confirm your age.

The information you supply must be accurate and truthful.



4. When the restriction does NOT apply

If you are already 18 or older and provide correct age details, no additional checks are required—you can complete signup and start using Heyo right away.



5. Signup & age-check workflow

  1. User opens the Heyo signup page.
  2. The form requests a Date of Birth or Aadhaar number.
  3. User submits the required information.
  4. Heyo validates that the user is at least 18 years old. 5a. If age ≥ 18: account creation proceeds and completes. 5b. If age < 18: signup is blocked and the user is informed of ineligibility.
