1. What does Heyo require before starting a trial?

We still need KYC for any prosecution because we are allocating a phone number to the business, and it's required to do KYC as per DOT guidelines.



2. Which features are included or restricted during the trial?

We have restricted certain features like WhatsApp Business Integration and Truecaller Verified in trial due to the associated complications.

Activate Your Trial

The 3-day trial begins automatically once you complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification via AADHAAR or GST. This quick process helps us secure your account and is a one-time requirement.

What's Included

During your trial, you get full access to all features included in the Heyo Lite Plan. This is an excellent opportunity to explore Heyo's core functionalities, such as welcome message, call recording, and other key features.



4. What happens after the trial ends?

At the end of the 3 days, your Heyo Number will not change. You can then choose to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Heyo, or your account will be limited to the Lite version with basic features. You will be notified before your trial ends.



5. Important “Please note” deadlines

  • If the user does not subscribe by making a payment within 7 days of the trial end, your number will be released, and you will have to create a fresh account and a fresh number.
  • Also, we do not allow extension of the trial period.
