Open Call Logs → tap Staff → choose the team-member’s name. The list instantly refreshes and shows only that person’s incoming and outgoing calls.

• The employee must be listed (and not removed) in Settings → Staff Management.
• You’re on the Call Logs page inside the Heyo dashboard.
2. Step-by-step instructions
- Go to Call Logs
- Click Staff at the top of the page
- Select the staff member’s name from the drop-down list
- Wait one second while the page refreshes automatically
3. What to expect after filtering
You will now see only the calls made or received by the selected staff member, along with:
• Call direction (inbound/outbound)
• Date & time
• Duration
• Recording link (if call recording is enabled)
4. When the Staff filter may not help
• Removed or deactivated users do not appear in the drop-down list.
• The filter is single-select—repeat the steps to view another employee, or clear the filter to return to the full log.
5. Troubleshooting checklist
Issue: “I don’t see the staff member.”– Confirm the user is properly configured under Settings → Staff Management.
Issue: “The filter doesn’t work.”– Refresh the page and try again.– Still stuck? Move to Escalate to support.
