Log in with an administrator account → open Call Logs → long-press the desired entry → tap Hide Call. The call immediately moves to Hidden Calls (also called Masked Logs), which only administrators can view.
Prerequisites and permissions
• You must be logged into the Heyo mobile app with administrator privileges.
• The Hide Call option is available only inside the Call Logs section of an admin account.
Step-by-step: Hide a call log
- Open the Heyo mobile app and log in as an administrator.
- Tap Call Logs.
- Locate the call entry you want to hide.
- Press and hold that entry.
- In the pop-up menu, tap Hide Call.
What happens after the call is hidden?
The selected call disappears from the standard Call Logs list and reappears in the Hidden Calls / Masked Logs section. Only administrators can access this section; regular staff accounts cannot see or search these records.
When does hiding NOT work?
• If you are not logged in as an administrator, the Hide Call option is not available.
• Hiding is performed one call at a time; there is no bulk-hide function in the current workflow.
Confirming success & next actions
Success indicator: The call vanishes from the main Call Logs list and appears in Hidden Calls.
