Heyo captures and stores every inbound and outbound call you place through the mobile app. Although the platform does not provide a one-click “Monthly Report,” you can filter the Call Logs screen by date and manually review or export all calls made during any given month.

5. Exporting logs for long-term archiving

  1. From the Call Logs screen, apply the monthly date filter (see Section 2).
  2. Tap the Export icon.
  3. Choose a destination (e.g., e-mail, cloud drive).
  4. Confirm. Heyo sends a CSV file containing the filtered logs.

Tip: Set a calendar reminder to export each month’s logs before the 6-month window closes.

• No logs appearing? Ensure you selected a date range within the last 6 months.

• Need role-based access? Only Admins can hide logs; Staff users see only what is shared.
