1. Prerequisites

• Only the Admin role can download recordings.

• Ensure you have “a compatible media player on your device.”



2. How to download an individual call log

While bulk downloads are not an option, you can download individual call logs directly from your dashboard.

1. Navigate to the Call Logs tab in your account.
2. Find the specific call you need to download.
3. On the right side of the call log entry, click the ‘Downside Arrow’ icon
4. Select Download Call Recording.
5. The call will be saved to your local device as an audio file.

• No, bulk download of call logs is not currently available.

• “Download Call Recording” option is missing: Check your user permissions. Only the Admin role can download recordings.
