No. Heyo does not let you export caller information directly via email. For data privacy and TRAI–compliance reasons, all call details stay inside Heyo’s secure cloud, where they are retained for six months and then deleted. You can still track and analyse every call through the in-app Call Log and, if needed, download individual recordings one by one.
1. Why is email export disabled
• For security and privacy reasons, caller information cannot be exported directly via email from Heyo.
• Heyo “follows strict regulations” and “complies with TRAI regulations” on data protection and user privacy.
2. Track and analyse calls in the Heyo Call Log
Open Heyo → Call Log to:
• View call details – caller’s number, duration, and exact timestamp.
• Play recordings – listen to any answered call.
• Download individual recordings – useful for quality checks or training.
3. Data-retention policy (six-month limit)
• All call information is stored securely in our backend cloud for six months and then permanently deleted.
• This window meets the Government of India’s TRAI data-retention rules.
4. What you cannot do today
- No bulk export via email (or any other external channel).
- No mass download of complete call logs—only single recordings can be downloaded.
- No retention extension beyond the fixed six-month period inside Heyo.
