No. Right now, Heyo’s IVR (Interactive Voice Response) plays welcome messages only in English. Hindi support is not yet available.

2. Why isn’t Hindi IVR available yet?

We rely on customer feedback to prioritise new features. Hindi IVR support has been logged as a requested enhancement and is under viability review for future development.



3. When will Hindi IVR be released?

A launch date has not been set. When the feature becomes available, we will announce it through:

• in-app notifications,

• official social-media updates, and

• release-note emails.



4. When this information does NOT apply

If you only need an English greeting—or you plan to provide your own multilingual call-handling outside of Heyo—you can continue using the current English-only IVR without limitation.
