Log in to the Heyo app (enter the first OTP to activate your account).
Go to KYC & Verification.
Choose Aadhaar or GST.
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit details (and complete the video call if you chose Aadhaar).
Wait for the confirmation notification—verification usually takes only a few minutes.
4. What happens after KYC completion
• Your account status switches to Active.
• You can immediately assign your new Heyo Virtual Number.
