3. Step-by-step: Start your KYC in the Heyo app

  1. Log in to the Heyo app (enter the first OTP to activate your account).
  2. Go to KYC & Verification.
  3. Choose Aadhaar or GST.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit details (and complete the video call if you chose Aadhaar).
  5. Wait for the confirmation notification—verification usually takes only a few minutes.



4. What happens after KYC completion

• Your account status switches to Active.

• You can immediately assign your new Heyo Virtual Number.

• A confirmation notification appears in the app.
