Why is my Heyo in-app UPI payment not reflecting yet?

⚡Quick answer

Most UPI payments appear within a few minutes, but occasional reconciliation delays mean it can take up to 24 hours. Before contacting support, (1) confirm the debit in your bank/UPI app, (2) check the payment status inside our app, and (3) gather the required transaction details.




1. Immediate checks

  1. Verify bank/UPI app: 
    1. Open your UPI app (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). 
    2. Confirm the amount has been debited. 
    3. Note the UPI Transaction ID (Txn ID).
  2. Check payment status in our app: 
    1. Go to Payment History or Transaction Details. 
    2. Look for the same Txn ID and see if it is marked Pending. 



2. Allow up to 24 hours

Occasional network or banking delays can postpone final reconciliation. Your payment should reflect in our app within 24 hours of the debit timestamp.




3. When do these steps NOT solve the issue?

If 24 hours have passed and the payment still does not appear in our app, escalate to support with the information listed below.
