Every time you add WhatsApp credits, Heyo generates a PDF invoice that you can download from Settings → Plans & Invoices → Invoice History.

1. Prerequisites

• A completed WhatsApp credit payment made in the Heyo app.

• The Heyo mobile app opened and logged in with the account that made the payment.

2. Step-by-step: Download your invoice

1. Open the Heyo app.
2. Tap Settings (bottom-right corner).
3. Select Plans & Invoices.
4. Scroll to the Invoice History section.
5. Find the payment you need and tap Download next to it.
6. The invoice downloads instantly as a PDF document.

3. When you can’t find an invoice

If the invoice you need is missing or won’t download:

• Contact us via in-app chat (Settings → Support).

• Or email connect@heyophone.com, and our accounts team will send the PDF to you.
