Why can't I make calls from the Heyo app?

Here are the most common reasons and quick checks to get you back on track on the 'Heyo' app.

  1. Active SIM Balance: Heyo uses your phone's native calling. Ensure the physical SIM card (for your registered/login number) in your device has an active calling recharge or plan. You don't need new SIMs; Heyo lets you use your personal number while keeping it private from customers.
  2. Correct SIM Placement: This is crucial! Your Heyo registered/login SIM card must be in the same phone where the Heyo app is installed. The app needs direct access to that specific SIM for call functions.
  3. Basic Internet Connection: You'll need a basic internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to initiate outbound calls for masking purposes. Even a lower speed connection is usually enough.
  4. Account suspended: You'll not be able to place a call via the Heyo app if your account is suspended. You'll know if the app asks to make a payment and when you click on the payment link, it'll say that the account is suspended
