What is the callback/follow-up time for missed calls?
⚡ Quick answer —
• Any missed call before 5 PM (during working hours) must be returned within 2 working hours.
• For calls missed after 5 PM (outside working hours), attempt the callback the same evening if possible; otherwise, return the call within two working hours of the next business day (e.g., a call missed at 7 PM today must be attempted before 12 PM tomorrow).
Callback/follow-up rules
The standardised turnaround time (TAT) is always two working hours; only the start of the countdown changes based on when the call was missed.
