2. How incoming calls appear in the Heyo call log

  1. Open the Heyo app.
  2. Go to the Call log section.
  3. Look for the arrow-in icon → these are your incoming calls. 
    1. Green icon: Call was answered; tap to listen to its recording. 
    2. Red icon: Call was missed; no recording available.




3. Missed-call callback feature

If you see a red missed-call icon:

  1. Tap the missed call entry.
  2. Hit the Callback button to return the call directly from the app—no need to re-dial the number manually.



4. What happens if you miss or decline a call?

• The call shows up as a red missed-call icon in your log.

• No recording is generated for missed calls.

• You can still respond promptly by using the callback shortcut described above.
