2. How to identify a missed call in the Heyo app

  1. Open the Heyo Phone app.
  2. Navigate to Call Logs from the main dashboard.
  3. Look for entries with a red arrow-in icon—these are missed calls.

What each field shows:

• Customer name/number – who called.

• Timestamp – when the call was missed.

• Red icon – universal indicator for missed calls.




3. Step-by-step: Call the customer back

  1. Tap the missed-call entry.
  2. A detail screen opens with call information.
  3. Tap Call Back (phone icon with an arrow) to dial the customer immediately from your Heyo number.



4. Optional: Listen to voicemail before calling back

If the customer left a voicemail, a voicemail icon appears next to the Call Back button. Tap the icon to listen before you return the call.




5. When the callback workflow is unavailable

• Only missed calls display the red icon and Call Back button; answered calls show a green icon and a recording instead.

• If no missed-call entry is present, the callback option will not appear in your log.
