When should I use this guide?
Use it if you currently have a Cloud Call Centre plan and want to switch to an Office IVR plan through the client panel.
1. Eligibility & timing
• Change of plan category is applicable from the billing date of the client.
2. Required steps
- Create a new panel.
- Update the plan to “Office IVR.”
- Choose the new plan.
- Proceed to payment.
3. Payment rules
• After choosing the new plan, the Client has to pay the difference amount.
• It can only be applied after making the payment.
• There will be no concept of making part payment at the time of plan change
• The client has to make the full payment.
4. When this does NOT work
• Attempting the change before the billing date.
• Making only a part payment.
5. Verification
The Office IVR plan appears on the new panel once full payment is confirmed.
No, we do not provide a Live Call Widget for the Office IVR plans. This feature is only available for the Cloud Call Centre plans.
7. Is there any difference in the Sticky Agent feature between Lite and Desk Plans?
Sticky agent feature is not available in Office IVR plans (Lite plans). It only works in cloud call centre plans (Desk plans).
