Why can’t I see the “Invite and earn” section on my Heyo dashboard?

The section becomes visible only after you have made at least one successful payment. Complete any purchase, wait a few minutes, then log out and back in. If your only successful payment was later refunded, the section disappears until you make another successful payment.




1. Eligibility requirement

The “Invite and earn” section is shown only to users who have at least one successful payment in their account history.




2. Steps to unlock

  1. Open Payment History and confirm there are no successful transactions.
  2. Make a payment for any Heyo service.
  3. Once the status shows “Successful,” log out and log back in. Expected outcome: the “Invite and earn” section appears within a few minutes.



3. Troubleshooting

• Section still missing after payment?– Wait 5–10 minutes, then log out/in again.– Make sure the payment status is “Successful,” not “Pending” or “Failed.”

• Your only successful payment was refunded?– The section will disappear.– Make another successful payment to regain access.




4. When will it stay hidden?

• No successful payments recorded.

• Only payment was refunded.

• Latest payment is still marked “Pending” or “Failed.”
