While the direct "Business Hours" setting isn't live, here are a few approaches you can use to manage your availability within the existing product:
2.1 Welcome Message status
• Welcome Message: You can manually update your team's status in your welcome message. This helps inform customers of your current operating status. Exp: 'Thanks for calling Heyo Support. Our team is always happy to help you solve your queries from 10 am till 7 pm on weekdays.'
• How to: Go to your Profile Settings and update your Status Message.
2.2 Auto-Reply Messages (for WhatsApp)
• Auto-Reply Messages (for WhatsApp): If you're using messaging channels, you can set up auto-reply messages that activate outside your intended business hours. This lets customers know when they can expect a response.
