Use these steps whenever you need to qualify a prospect quickly or verify why the system flagged a lead as Micro or Enterprise.
1. Prerequisites
• Access to the KYC 2025 sales panel
• GST data and business email already captured for the lead
2. Locate the Profile field
- Open the lead’s record in the sales panel.
- In the header, find the Profile field.
- Note the displayed value: Micro, Small, Mid-size, or Enterprise.
Expected outcome: The field instantly shows the size category—no manual input required.
3. How the profiling logic works

4. When a lead is NOT Enterprise or Micro
• A lead is not classified as Enterprise if its domain rank ≤ 25 and GST turnover ≤ 100 CR
• A lead is not classified as Micro if it has a business domain or GST turnover ≥ 1.5 CR.
