The following are the required data needed for WebCall Activation:

1. Provide the BAN (Billing Account Number)

2. Plan must be user-based, unlimited, and Creta (by default), or have necessary approvals

3. Fix DID must be available in the plan

4. Client should not be on a PRI server

5. Client should not be on the Hyderabad server
