How to check when a client’s account has been suspended?

If an account is suspended because extra usage reached the credit-limit threshold, you can confirm the exact suspension date from the client’s Service Timeline in the Accounts panel.
Steps:
- Open the client’s account in the Accounts panel.
- Search in the filters by BAN/SN > Action > services > Action > Service timeline
- Look for the entry labelled “Account suspended”; the date shown with this entry is the suspension date.
Example:
In the screenshot referenced above, the client’s account was suspended on 9 Feb 2022.
