How do I view the users a client added in MyOperator via the Accounts panel?

2. Step-by-step instructions

  1. Sign in to the Accounts panel.
  2. From the left-hand menu, click Manage Support.

  1. In the search bar, type or paste the client’s service number and press Enter.
  2. When the matching row appears, click Users.

  1. All users the client added in their panel are displayed.

3. Expected result

A table appears containing each user’s name, email address, phone number, and other details that the client defined. You can use this information to reach someone else at the client’s organization if needed.

If the primary registered contact person is already available, retrieving the Users list is optional; you can work directly with that contact instead.
