In MyOperator’s billing engine, every incoming payment is auto-allocated in the following strict order:

  1. Outstanding amount
  2. Other charges
  3. Pending rental
  4. Current usages

If any outstanding usage or fee exists at the moment of payment, that portion is settled first. The balance—whatever is left—then moves down the list to cover the rental.

Example (amounts exclude GST)

    • Service rental due: ₹18,000
    • Outstanding usage: ₹1,000
    • Payment made: ₹18,000

Allocation result

    • ₹1,000 clears the outstanding usage
    • Only ₹17,000 applies toward the rental
    • Panel now shows ₹1,000 still pending for rental
