            What is a line?

            The entire process that begins from the customer calling on your service number to the call getting routed to an agent, is treated as one line.

            Suppose you have 5 channel lines. Then, the number of calls that can land on your service number at a time is 5. The 6th and the subsequent call will be treated as lost calls.
