What should I do when there is no IVR playing on my number, or calls are getting disconnected after 2 rings?

If this kind of problem you are facing, check the following:
  1. IVR/Call flow timing, If the same time is set for another call flow, you can face this problem.
  2. Check the IVR timings set for today or not.
  3. Check the services are suspended from MyOperator or not.
Check your email (billing contact) for any account suspension alert.

You can also check for any unpaid dues from the payment page, If unpaid dues are more than your credit limit, then your account would have been suspended by MyOperator. Kindly recharge immediately to resume your services.

To check the timings of your call flow, please follow the below steps

1. Click on “Manage” at the top.



2. In the settings section click on “Design Callflow”.



3. Click on “Create new call flow” or "Edit" live call flow.



4. Enter the Welcome greeting (Predefined welcome greetings are there including the option for Add new Audio and you can play that audio to test).



5. Specify that you want a menu or not.



6. Enter the menu message (Predefined welcome greetings are there including the option for Add new Audio and you can play that audio to test).



7. Add IVR options (max 10), add different departments or extensions in IVR (You can also add departments from here), and enter the text for every IVR options.



9. You can add voicemail for each department.



10. Check your timing here.
