What is the significance of new callers versus returning callers?

MyOperator’s new dashboard shows the category of new callers and returning callers respectively. This is for the easy analysis of the received calls.

Returning callers are of more significance for you as they have comparatively more chances of becoming your customer than the new callers.

Also , this classification will help to reach back to the respective type of callers in different ways , this can be either in difference of routing their calls to a particular agent, or may be in the type of SMS to be sent to them or may be of any other significance as per the company’s requirement.
