What is the purpose of UID and where can we find it?

UID is a unique id of each and every call reach in the call flow. This UID is very helpful to find out one call among thousands of calls and its recorded conversation. Follow the steps to find the UID:

1. Click on “Logs” at the top of the MyOperator dashboard.



2. Click on the call missed or initiated from the "What" column to expand the details.
