What is the procedure to export filtered logs?

To export filtered logs, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Login to your MyOperator panel and click on “Manage” at the top.



2. Click on “Exports” from the “Functionality” section.



3. Click on “Logs” on the left. Enter the customer number, keyword and set the date and time.



4. Enter the start date & end date, which is mandatory and mention other criteria as required for logs, and then click on “Export”.



5. Enter your email address to receive a list of all your company’s logs and click on “Send”. 




Note: 24-48 hour delay is because it takes more time to export more number of logs. You can use filters to reduce the number of logs count to below 5000 for quick access.
