What is the difference between a missed and a lost call?

Missed call: When a customer calls and none of your agents answer the call, it is a missed call.

Lost call: The number of calls that do not land on your MyOperator service number due to limited channel lines, are known as lost calls. For example, suppose you have 5 channel lines. This means that 5 calls can land at a single time. The 6th and subsequent calls would be treated as lost calls.
