What is a filter?

A filter is a list that segregates your logs’ data in the following manner: Missed, Connected, or SMS. It enables you to view specific log details without having to go through the entire call logs. For example, if you want to view only the calls missed by your organization then, you can click on “Missed” in the filter list. A list of only your missed calls will be displayed. Thus, a filter list saves your search time as it filters out the required data from the entire call log data.

To view your filter list:

1. Login to your MyOperator panel and click on “Logs” at the top.

2. Click on the "filter list" on the left and select any one of the options: Missed, Connected, or SMS. Your selected filter list would appear.
