After call SMS (Custom)- Rule Overlap

After call SMS (Custom)- Rule Overlap

Users can create multiple rules based on different criteria like a particular user or department to which the call was routed, incoming/outgoing, connected/missed, etc. Because of the customization, there are scenarios where two or more different rules may overlap, i.e. satisfy multiple rules conditions. In this scenario, the rule with the higher priority will be executed and SMS notifications will be sent according to the higher priority rule only.

You can edit the priority of overlapping rules by clicking on "Set priority" in the actions section of After call SMS (Custom)- rules.

Drag and Drop rules to change the priority.
