What does “Archived” mean in the MyOperator number system?

1. Life-cycle stages of a number
The MyOperator number panel shows each number in one—and only one—of the following stages:

The client has booked the number of their choice but not updated the payment.

The number in which services of the client is live.
Service De-active
It is the stage where the services on the number deactivated. The Service De-active period is 21 days from the date of disconnection of services.
Archive
The numbers once deactivated and completed the period of 21 days in Service De-active pool transfers to Archive pool. Here we can either terminate or can reopen the numbers as per need.
Terminated
The numbers in which services are deactivated for the client and is terminated from telecom's end shows as terminated in the panel. The number can or can not be retained further.
Deleted
The numbers entered wrongly in panel or for some specific purpose like testing will show as deleted in the panel.
2. Focus on the “Archived” stage
• A number moves to Archive only after spending 21 days in Service De-activation.
• While in Archive, you may:
– Reopen the number (move it back to Live or another active stage).
– Terminate the number if it is no longer needed.
3. When is a number NOT archived?
Any number currently in Sales, Demo, Booked, Paid, Live, Service De-active, Terminated, or Deleted is not in the Archive pool.
