What are the Outgoing Terms & Conditions for MyOperator?
⚡Quick answer -
Terms and conditions for MyOperator outgoing call
- You cannot use MyOperator outgoing for unwanted promotional calls to customers. We use the spam control method to analyse if calls made are spam and are bound to terminate outgoing service upon the same.
- In case one of your customers files a DND complaint, we are asked by telecom providers to submit the opt-in proof within 24 hours, and we would be asking you for the same. Failing to provide the same would also result in the termination of the outgoing services.
- This is a preview of the TRAI restriction on promotional calls, and at the same time, we do not want to support irritating spam calls.
- To give you an insight, we see less than 0.1% of clients making such spammy calls and getting service terminated.
