How much of a discount can I provide to the client?

• After consulting the respective Team Leader, a discount of up to 15 % may be offered.
• For discounts of 15 % or above, Head-of-Department (HOD) approval is required.
Note: The maximum discount cap is 40 %. A discount equal to or greater than 40 % is not allowed under any circumstances.
