How do I turn off incoming calls for a specific staff member in Heyo while still allowing them to make outgoing calls?

Open the Heyo app on the staff member’s own phone, go to Settings, and toggle the option “Available for incoming calls” (at the top of the screen) to Off.

This blocks inbound calls to that user while still allowing them to place outgoing calls. Note: the change must be made on the staff member’s device; an Admin cannot adjust it remotely from their own account.
