How do I sign up for Heyo and choose a plan?

Prerequisites

• A smartphone with internet access.

• Ability to receive OTPs on your mobile number.

Step 1 – Download the Heyo app

  1. Open Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
  2. Search for “Heyo”.
  3. Tap Install / Get and wait for the download to finish. 



Step 2 – Create your Heyo account

  1. Launch Heyo.
  2. Enter your mobile number and tap Send OTP.
  3. Input the OTP you received.
  4. (Optional) Proceed with KYC: • Enter your Aadhaar number or your GST number. 



Step 3 – Choose your business landline number

  1. Select the city prefix you prefer (e.g., 033, 080).
  2. Enter the requested details.
  3. Tap Send OTP, then enter the second OTP.
  4. A new virtual landline number with your chosen prefix is automatically linked to your account.
