In Facebook Ads Manager create a Messages campaign, choose Click to Message → WhatsApp, select your Heyo number, design the ad, and publish. New chats arrive in your Heyo inbox once the ad is approved.
1. Prerequisites
• Facebook Business account + Page
• Verified Heyo WhatsApp API number linked to FBM
2. Create campaign
Ads Manager → + Create → Objective Messages → Continue.
Select Click to Message → App WhatsApp → choose Heyo number → set Audience, Placements, Budget, Schedule
4. Design creative
Add image/video, primary text, and CTA like “Message us on WhatsApp.” Optionally craft a welcome message in the Message Template field.
5. Publish & monitor
Review → Publish. After Meta approval, ad clicks create new chats in Heyo WhatsApp inbox.
