⚡Quick answer -
You can easily track your task's progress in two ways:
- On the Board (Visual Tracking): As soon as you create a task, it lands in the Backlog column. Once the designer picks it up, they will move it to In Progress, and finally to Done. You can check the board anytime to see its current stage.
- Via Notifications (Automated): You don't need to keep checking the board! You will automatically receive an email notification for every status change, new comment, or @ mention on your task card.
When should I use this guide?
Review these steps whenever you want a real-time or automated update on any task you’ve created for the Design Team.

2. Automated notifications in your inbox

3. Pro Tip: Ask for a mid-stage update
💡 Pro Tip: If you need a quick update between stages, just drop a comment on the task card tagging the assigned designer!
4. When might progress appear delayed?
If your email client filters Jira/Zoho notifications into spam, or if the designer hasn’t yet moved the card, the board and notifications may look stale. In that case, use the Pro Tip above to request a direct update.
