When should I use this guide?
Use it the very first time you need to view, assign, or track work on the Design Team Kanban board in Zoho Projects.
1. Step 1 – Request Zoho Access
If you don't have access to the project yet, please contact the Design Team Manager (or your Workspace Admin) and provide your official email ID to request an invite. Once you receive the email invite, click the link to log in to Zoho Projects.
2. Step 2 – Navigate to the Board
Once logged in, you can find the design board by following this path in the left-hand menu: Projects > Search or Select 'Design Team' > Tasks > Switch to 'Kanban' View
3. Step 3 – Bookmark for Quick Access (Highly Recommended)
To save time and skip the navigation steps in the future, simply open the Kanban board and bookmark the URL in your browser, or click this direct link:
💡 UX Tip: Once you are inside the Design Team project, click the little 'Star' icon next to the project name at the top. This will add it to your 'Favourite Projects', pinning it right at the top of your Zoho dashboard for 1-click access!
4. When this guide is NOT needed
If the Design Team Kanban board already appears in your “Favourite Projects” list, simply click it—no further steps required.
5. Expected outcome
After completing Steps 1–3, the Design Team project will be accessible from your Zoho dashboard, enabling you to start assigning and tracking tasks immediately.
