When should I use this guide?
Use these steps whenever you need to start assigning or tracking work on the Design Kanban board, but don’t yet see the board in your Jira account.
1. Step 1 – Request Jira Access
If you are not on Jira yet, please contact the Design Team Manager and provide your official email ID to request an invite. Once you receive the email invite, log in and complete the basic Jira onboarding steps.
2. Step 2 – Navigate to the Board
Once logged into Jira, you can find the board by following this path in the top menu: Projects > Design Team > Design Team > Kanban Board
3. Step 3 – Bookmark for Quick Access (Highly Recommended)
