1. Why are separate SIM recharges unnecessary

• Seamless integration – Admins simply add staff accounts in Heyo using each person’s current mobile number—no new physical SIM cards to buy or manage.

• Cost savings & efficiency – Eliminates the expense and logistics of issuing fresh SIM cards; staff just install the Heyo app on their own phones.




 2. How it works (staff onboarding flow)

  1. The admin opens the Heyo app and adds the staff member’s existing mobile number to the team list.
  2. Heyo automatically sends that staff member an SMS (or in-app) invite.
  3. The staff member installs the Heyo app on their phone and logs in with their personal number.
  4. Whenever the staff member places an outgoing call from the Heyo app, the call routes through Heyo.
  5. The customer sees only the business’s virtual Heyo number—not the staff member’s personal number.



3. When you might need additional balance

If a staff member’s personal SIM has zero talk-time or outgoing-call restrictions, they will need to recharge their own number before Heyo can place calls.
