Not yet. The Heyo app does not currently include a “Business Hours” feature, so you cannot configure an automatic after-hours greeting or call flow inside the product. Workaround: Manually edit your Welcome Message (Settings → Welcome Message & IVR) or use WhatsApp’s built-in auto-reply to inform callers of your operating hours.
1. Why there’s no native after-hours feature (yet)
Heyo has not released a Business Hours module. That module is required to automate call flows or messages outside your stated working hours, so today, no built-in switch or schedule exists for “after hours.”
2. Workaround A – Update your Heyo Welcome Message
Follow these in-app steps to add your hours to every incoming call greeting:
Open Settings → Welcome Message & IVR in the Heyo app.
Replace or edit the Welcome field with text that includes your schedule, for example:
Thanks for reaching out! Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM IST. If you’ve contacted us after hours, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
3. Save the change; callers will now hear or read this message at any hour.
3. Workaround B – Set an auto-reply in WhatsApp
If you also run a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through Heyo, you can set an off-hours auto-reply directly in WhatsApp:
In the WhatsApp Business app, go to Settings → Business Tools → Away Message.
Toggle Send away message to On.
Paste the same schedule text used in your Heyo Welcome Message.
Schedule the away message for your non-working hours.
4. What this workaround cannot do
• It does not block calls; customers can still ring you after hours.
• It cannot route after-hours calls to voicemail or another number automatically.
• It must be updated manually whenever your business hours change.
