Can I receive callbacks on all 5 purchased DIDs in MyOperator?

When should I use this guide?

Use these steps when a customer has multiple Direct Inward Dialing numbers (DIDs) and wants every number to ring back (callback) after an outbound call made from the MyOperator panel.




1. Prerequisites

• Exactly five purchased DIDs are already visible in your MyOperator account

• Callback feature turned ON in the account settings




2. Step-by-step configuration

  1. Log in to the MyOperator panel.
  2. Navigate to Call → Outgoing → Click-to-Call → Caller ID.
  3. Select one DID as the Primary DID.

  1. Still in Call → Outgoing, open Campaign.
  2. Click Create a new campaign (or edit an existing one).
  3. Go to Settings → DID settings.
  4. Add the remaining four DIDs in the provided list.

3. When callbacks do NOT work

Callbacks will fail if either condition is true:

• Any purchased DID is missing from the Click-to-Call or Campaign DID list.

• The Callback feature is disabled in account settings.




4. Expected result

After saving, outbound calls placed through the campaign will trigger callbacks on any of the five DIDs you added.
