  3. Agent A dials an internal extension (or taps the transfer button) to pass the call to Agent B

  1. No transfer of outgoing calls—once you place the call, you must handle it yourself.
  2. Transfer works only while the call is live; you cannot schedule or pre-assign a transfer.
