To use your existing number as your business number, you need to forward all the calls you received on that number to MyOperator.


When you retain your existing business number,


  • You avoid forwarding charges.

  • You are not required to go through the procedures of obtaining an NOC when you terminate your services with MyOperator. 

  • You do not lose any business traffic.


Note: You cannot receive calls “directly” on your existing number because whenever, a customer calls, he/ she will be directed first to your business IVR and then to an agent in your organization. However, you can make individual outgoing calls from your existing number.
