“Zoho” is a CRM that brings together a wide range of online applications, making it easier for businesses to manage multiple tasks together and increase their productivity. 


When you integrate MyOperator with Zoho, you get to know the details of your departments, the status (missed, connected and voicemail), start time, duration and recording of each call.


In Zoho, all new leads are added as a “Lead” in the panel. If the lead already exists in Zoho then it is added as an “Activity” in the panel. However, this feature is not available in the free version of Zoho.


Note: You can sync mobile calls as an “Activity” in the Zoho panel. But, this is applicable only if you use the paid version of Zoho integration with MyOperator.
