You can view reports only for the current day from your Mobile App but cannot download it. Also, with the Mobile App you can view the number of calls that are connected and missed by your business, both user and department wise. In addition, you can subscribe for your business’s reports either through SMS or emails directly from the web panel.
To subscribe for reports, follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Login to your MyOperator panel.
2.Click on “Reports” at the top.
3. Click on the “Subscribe” button in blue on the top-right.
4. Fill in the details and click on “Save”.
Once you do this you will be able to view your business’s daily reports even when you are not in office.
